I’ve watched this a couple of times and it really does look easy. Doing it mise en place (which means to bring all the elements toget her) is a great idea. Pre-cook the eggs and ham the night before for quick assembly in the morning. His tips about ham instead of Canadian bacon and brioche rounds instead of English muffins are spot on too.
